In order for the analysis to be carried out, the rural producer must use the Field Note application, developed by PariPassu, which is directly linked with our traceability software.
In the electronic Field Note, the farmer registers his field activities (fertilization, planting, application of pesticides, harvesting, transplanting).
And with this we are able to analyze in labs the multiresidual that a food can contain and know if the residue is within the limits allowed by the Sanitary Surveillance.
The collection is performed as soon as the food is delivered by the farmer in our distribution units.
By collecting reports from the suppliers, we can be sure that the products marketed will be in compliance with the established quality standards. When a given input is not what ANVISA requires, it means that the product will not go into the hands of the consumer.
